Dannemiller-Tyson Interactive Strategic Planning


A 2-3 day event involving hundreds of people in and around the organization to clarify stakeholder interdependence and strategy and give input to organizational leaders. Involves much up-front advance work, task-oriented structure, and small-group interactions. Based on a vision-based theory of overcoming resistance to change.
