I am a passionate 'warrior' for dialogue.  I've been an organizational development consultant and facilitator/trainer for over 20 years - and work extensively to build community and promote social and personal transformation.  Favorite preocesses:  Open Space, World Cafe, Appreciative Inqurity.   I am co-founder of Conversation Cafe and founder of Global Citizen Journey.  I am a Sr. certified facilitator in Compassionate Listening.
